Rendang is one of most popular dish in Indonesia, you can find even a meat cut called “rendang” in supermarkets. Rendang is a kind of curry, drier than Indian curry and cooked with beef. Il rendang è uno dei piatti più diffusi in Indonesia, tanto che anche in macelleria potete trovare un taglio di carne chiamato “rendang”. Si tratta di un curry molto asciutto preparato di solito con carne di vitello. Oppure, se avete fretta e non avete tempo per cucinare la carne di vitello per un paio di ore, potete usare il pollo.
